Manage My Membership

To submit a membership change request to the correct location using our webchat feature, please follow these steps:

  1. Click on the chat bubble icon located in the bottom right corner of the webpage.
  2. When the chat window opens, select the correct location for the membership change request.
    Note: If you don’t see the location listed, call or text that location directly because some of our locations have changed brand names.
  3. Enter your name and phone number.
  4. In the message section, enter your membership or license plate and the changes you would like to make.
  5. You will receive a text message from our customer service rep who will ensure your request is handled promptly.
