Manage My Membership
To submit a membership change request to the correct location using our webchat feature, please follow these steps:
- Click on the chat bubble icon located in the bottom right corner of the webpage.
- When the chat window opens, select the correct location for the membership change request.
Note: If you don’t see the location listed, call or text that location directly because some of our locations have changed brand names. - Enter your name and phone number.
- In the message section, enter your membership or license plate and the changes you would like to make.
- You will receive a text message from our customer service rep who will ensure your request is handled promptly.
